CITY OF FLUSHING

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

The City of Flushing Council adopted the following ordinance on October 9, 2023, described as:

ORDINANCE NO. 2023-05

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 132 OF THE FLUSHING CITY CODE BY

AMENDING SECTION 132.12– There shall be no gambling without first applying to

City Council for Authorization.

This ordinance will become effective on October 29, 2023, or twenty days following

publication. Full copies of this ordinance are available for review on our website

www.flushingcity.com or from the City Clerk at 725 E. Main Street, Flushing during regular

business hours.
