CITY OF FLUSHING

NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION

The City of Flushing Council adopted the following ordinance on September 11, 2023, described as: ORDINANCE NO. 2023-04 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 97.55 OF THE FLUSHING CITY CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 97.55(b); EFFECTIVE DATE – to allow emergency and maintenance vehicles on the city trailways.

This ordinance will become effective on October 1, 2023, or twenty days following publication. Full copies of this ordinance are available for review on our website www.flushingcity.com or from the City Clerk at 725 E. Main Street, Flushing during regular

business hours.
