The City of Flushing City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, September 11, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall, 725 E. Main Street, Flushing, Michigan 48433, to hear public comments on an amendment to Chapter 97.55 of the Flushing City Code by amending Section 97.55(b) to allow emergency and law enforcement vehicles on the trails.

The draft ordinance is at Flushing City Hall during regular business hours or on our website at www.flushingcity.com
Comments, both oral and written, will be accepted from any person interested at the aforesaid time and place.
