The City of Flushing City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 14, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. in City Hall, 725 E. Main Street, Flushing, Michigan 48433, to consider a proposed Ordinance to adopt the International Property Maintenance Code more commonly known as theRental Property Inspection Ordinance.

The draft ordinance is at Flushing City Hall during regular business hours or on our website at www.flushingcity.com. Comments, both oral and written, will be accepted from any person interested at the aforesaid time and place. Individuals with disabilities requiring auxiliary aids or services, who plan to attend any meetings and/or hearings, or will require any city services, are asked to please contact the City Clerk in writing, or by calling (810) 659-5665 in advance of the anticipated need, to inform her of the type of disability you have and the type of assistance you will need.
